I've been going to Alameda Auto Lab for over 20 years and I would not consider going anywhere else, even when my cars have been under warrenty, I made sure I would be able to service my car here. Luis and Robert always handle my calls, my concerns and I know I can trust them to give me the best advice.

Pros: Honest, excellent service, friendly

Cons: There is no complaint, except when they are super busy they sometimes have to let the machine answer, and that doesn't abide with my impatience, but that really is my issue not theirs. I'm really glad they are that busy.
